California's Child Support Services Program works with parents - custodial and noncustodial - and guardians to ensure children and families receive court-ordered financial and medical support. Child support services are available to the general public through a network of 48 county and regional child support agencies (LCSAs).

San Diego Child Support Services Has Moved

Beginning January 1, 2017 children who were considered Maximum Family Grant (MFG), or a child born on or after January 1, 2017 will be eligible for CalWORKs cash aid.

Families who were receiving child support for a child who was previously denied cash aid because of the MFG rule may see some changes to the child support received when the child becomes eligible for cash aid on January 1, 2017.

If you have questions or concerns regarding potential impacts to your child support case, contact your. local child support agency.

The DCSS Disability Advisory Committee meets the third Thursday of every month, and members of the public are welcome to attend. Please download the current agenda for time and location of each meeting
